Detailed Explanation of Landscape Design Services and Packages Offered

  • Premier Landscape Design Package – Large/Technical Projects – Includes initial onsite project consultation, formal design presentation meeting, Landscape Design (B&W, Color), up to two design revisions, plant palette and materials suggestions, planting care sheet/maintenance information, contractor match assistance

Example – Full Site Design over multiple areas featuring advanced technical suggestions – May include additional lighting, drainage, hardscape, pool/water garden design plans, or multiple on site visits to assist project development.

Cost Level $1,600 – $2,000+

  • Standard Landscape Design Package – Medium Sized Projects – Includes initial onsite project consultation, formal design presentation meeting, Landscape Design (B&W, Color), one design revision, plant palette and materials suggestions, planting care sheet/maintenance information, contractor match suggestions

Example – Site Design over one or more larger adjacent areas – Design may feature suggestions for lighting, drainage, hardscape, pool/water garden design, etc., but will not include additional technical design plans.

Cost Level $1,000 – $1,600

  • Basic Landscape Design Package – Small Sized Projects – Includes initial onsite project consultation, formal design presentation meeting, Landscape Design (B&W, Color), one simple design revision, plant palette and materials suggestions, planting care sheet/maintenance information, contractor match suggestions

Example – Site Design over one or more smaller areas – Design may feature suggestions for lighting, drainage, hardscape, pool/water garden design, etc., but will not include additional technical design plans.

Cost Level $600- $1,000

  • Landscape/Horticultural Consultation – Includes approximately 1 hour onsite project consultation, consultation notes, plant palette and materials suggestions. May contain planting care sheet/maintenance information and contractor match suggestions.

Cost Level $100 – $600 dependent on project location

  • Landscape/Horticultural Speaking Engagement – Includes approximately 1 hour onsite presentation. Topics are available upon request.
